“You Don’t Know Jack” is a movie about Dr. Jack Kavorkian. Starring in this film are A-list  celebs like Al Pacino, Susan Sarandon, and John Goodman. Brenda Vaccaro and John Reinhardt also stars.

There has been much excitement at Fillmore Real Estate’s HQ, where much of the film is being shot.

John Reinhardt, CEO and President of Fillmore Real Estate, can be found in the film as an attorney

going about his work. On having lunch with the film’s director,  Barry Levinson (Rainman, The Natural, Sleepers, Wag The Dog…) and crew, John said: “As lunchtime was approaching, Barry and the crew were asking me for suggestions on where to eat. I let them know of all the great places in the neighborhood: Brennan and Carr, Randazzo’s, and the new pizzeria across the street, Del Corso. ”

Ultimately, he was invited to eat lunch with them. “At first, I was sitting at the table and they all seemed to be a bit stand-offish,” said John Reinhardt. “I’m assuming it was because I was the only person at the table who wasn’t in show business. After about five minutes, though, somebody mentioned the real estate market. Before I knew it, everyone was asking me for tips on home-buying. It was great!”

It has been an exciting week for HQ staff so far.

And the fact that the film’s stars and crew are taking advantage of the expert advice we’re able to give them at Fillmore Real Estate doesn’t feel so bad, either.

Great Job capturing the day Zane,
It has been an interesting experience for all. I believe the we learn a lot from the movie being shot at our office and I also think that the show biz people are learning a lot about real estate and Brooklyn. I already have opportunities to sell properties for some of the team, find properties for others and still intrigue others to follow us online to stay informed about the real estate process. There’s opportunity everywhere.
Lets make today one of those days where we hear the opportunities knocking at our door.

This was THE BEST event EVER for us agents and Fillmore Real Estate. I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Al Pacino and Mr. John Goodman, they are so down to earth and what an honor to meet people like that. Crew was friendly, I spoke to a lot of them, and I am still excited that I had that opportunity. Hearing Mr. Pacino’s voice while he’s filming and I would get the chills. What a GREAT actor.

I want to THANK the entire STAFF @ HQ for being so patient and understanding this past week. Image having to be trapped in your office because you’ve heard the words “QUIET ON THE SET”…”Rolling” or “ACTION” and to finally hear the wonderful word “CUT” so that you may escape to run to the bathroom.

Knowing how excited you all were to have the chance of a lifetime to be a part of something special like this and still able to perform your daily duties. PRICELESS…YOU ARE THE STARS OF FILLMORE.

I know it took its toll on each and everyone of us at times. But you showed a level of respect to each and every member of the cast and crew and I appreciate being surrounded by such loving and caring people as yourselves.

What a grand time you all had! It’s great to read of so many positive and unexpected outcomes. I came across your blog while searching for info. on the movie and Barry Levinson who I’ve been trying to contact. The company I work for owns and has possession of Dr. Jack’s actual van used in carrying out his assisted suicides.
